We assign each one of our clients a Patient Advocate that oversees every step of their application, appeal and renewal process. The mission of Patient Advocates is to simplify the process of applying for multiple Patient Assistance Programs (PAP's) for patients and physicians. Advocates are available for each patient Monday through Friday between 8am and 4:30pm. RxYes! also provides full service Advocate Management, including in-home consultations, pre-qualification for PAP's, completion of application forms, appeals processes and renewal management.
